Aliwaa Education and Community Development successfully organized the slaughter and distribution of Goat meat to local mosques and individuals during the celebration of Eid Adhuha. The Distribution was done in 4 districts of Kiyunga Bukakande - Kamuli District, Mataba - Kayunga District, Mbiko- Buikwe District and Kasanda District. The beneficiaries were 3889. This initiative aimed to promotes unity and solidarity among community members as they come together to celebrate and share blessings. Additionally, the distribution of meat to those in need fosters a sense of compassion and support for the less fortunate, strengthening the social fabric of the community. This act of generosity also helps in addressing food insecurity by providing nutritious food to those who may not have regular access to it. CONSTRUCTION OF MOSQUES

ALIWAA EDUCATION AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT has successfully completed the construction of a two mosques in eastern Uganda, in an area where it was desperately needed. These mosques will not only serve as a place of worship for the Muslim community but also contribute to the promotion of Islam in the region. Additionally, it is expected to play a vital role in reducing illiteracy rates by providing educational opportunities to the local population. SLAUGHTER & DISTRIBUTION OF MEAT ON EID ADHUHA

Aliwaa education and community development successfully organized the slaughter and distribution of goat meat to local mosques and individuals during the celebration of Eid Adhuha. This initiative aimed to provide a sense of unity and inclusivity within the community, as well as to ensure that everyone could partake in the festivities by enjoying a delicious meal. The team at Aliwaa worked tirelessly to coordinate the logistics, ensuring that the meat was fresh and delivered to the designated locations on time. This endeavor brought immense joy and satisfaction to both the recipients and the volunteers involved, as it allowed them to come together and share in the spirit of generosity and compassion that defines this auspicious occasion.

EMPOWERING WOMEN THROUGH INCOME GENERATING PROJECTS.

Aliwaa Education and Community Development selected Aminah, a young mother who successfully completed her studies at IUIU but unfortunately faced difficulties in finding employment. Recognizing her potential and determination, Aliwaa Education and Community Development extended a helping hand by supporting her in establishing a secretarial bureau. We provided Aminah with the necessary starting capital and stocked her bureau with a laptop, laminating machine, paper cutter, printer, binding machine, books and other scholastic materials. This assistance not only enabled Aminah to start her own business but also empowered her to become financially independent. Through this initiative, Aliwaa Education and Community Development demonstrated their commitment to the upliftment of individuals and the betterment of the community as a whole. Aminah's success story serves as an inspiration to others facing similar challenges, showcasing the positive impact that can be achieved through targeted support and investment in education and entrepreneurs
